- Navigate Makongo Fashion Online by clicking on the categories on the top and right hand side of the screen.
Browse through our selection and click on an item to be redirected to the individual product page. Here you can find information about available sizes, colors and specific product details. In love with an item? Select a size and add it to your shopping bag! - Are you feeling uncertain about making a purchase and want to wait until tomorrow? No problem! All items you found today will be saved in your shopping bag for 7 days. However, these items are not reserved, so there is a risk that we might sell out in your size.
- When you are ready to checkout, go to your shopping bag to review and place your order.
When you are happy with your final selection, click ‘CHECKOUT ‘ to finalise your order.
If you want to use a discount, you can add this in checkout.
If you are a returning customer and have not yet signed into your account, you will be redirected to the sign-in page.
New customers are asked to create a shopping account. This allows us to provide you with the best customer service possible and ensures that your future shopping experiences will be effortless. - Now that you are signed in, you can select your shipping and payment option. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address, as this cannot be changed after you have placed an order.
After selecting your shipping and payment methods, click ‘PLACE ORDER’ to complete your order. Your order is complete once you can view the order confirmation page on your screen.
Please note, an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one as we have a short grace period.
Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you may select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel as processing has begun. Please note that due to expedited processing times, any order shipped with Express or Next Day Shipping will not be able to be cancelled.
- An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide, found here. Please note that same size garments may still vary depending on fit. Makongo Fashion follow the standard body measurement lists, based on average body measurements for all sizes.
For some products we specify measurements in cm/inches on the product page to give you an understanding of the model or fit for that specific garment. Note that these measurements may vary a few centimetres up and down depending on the material used in its production.

The measurements that we display on the product pages may vary a few inches up and down depending on the material used in its production. Use these measurements as a guideline to find a suitable style or fit for you.
- We are examining our entire size range offer for the future. We will be listening to our customers’ feedback to prepare for next year.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you sign in at My Account.
Please note, it can take a few days before the tracking information is uploaded.
Depending on your location and your delivery method, one of our delivery partners will be delivering your order. There is no way to select your carrier, this is optimised to get you your package as soon as possible.
Missing item or order
Be sure to check your order and delivery confirmation, as some items may be out of stock or coming separately. For missing orders, double check the tracking info for further details. Also be sure to check with your neighbors and in any common areas. Sometimes the carrier can mark packages as delivered before they have reached the final state of delivery. Please wait 48 hours from when your package was marked “Delivered” to confirm that this was the case.
If your package or item is still missing, contact us to report your missing item/order and to get help with reordering (including all previously used discounts)
